If you’ve driven by the corner of 30th Street and Baltic Avenue at the oceanfront in the last few months, it would have been hard to miss the change in the landscape.  Rising out of what used to be vacant parcels on the east and west sides of Baltic, and just slightly south of Laskin Road, are two distinctively different mid-rise condominiums.
